Jennifer L. Stillings, Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer is a Professional Certified Coach and the Chief Executive Officer for worldAWAKE, Inc. with 16 years of professional experience in leading teams and developing individuals in the military, academic, and commercial sectors. She has a proven track record of impacting bottom-line results through partnering with clients to improve leadership and self-management practices. She is experienced in leadership and character development, culture change management, use of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to manage personal style and strengths, and individual and organizational assessment. She is proficient in individual and team coaching, facilitation, and assessing leadership practices at all levels of the organization.

Jenn’s Background

Jennifer is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Naval Officer for 10 years. She was designated as a Mission Commander and Flight Standards Instructor aboard the EA-6B Prowler aircraft, a twin-engine jet designed to suppress and destroy enemy radar systems. Jennifer was assigned to a carrier-based aviation squadron where she flew more than 40 combat missions in the Middle East theatre of operations from the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln.

Following her operational tour of duty, Jennifer served on the military faculty and staff in the Division of Officer Development at the U.S. Naval Academy. She instructed the nation’s future military officers in leadership, ethics, and character and served as the Program Lead to transform the Naval Academy’s Equal Opportunity and Human Relations programs.

Jennifer transitioned from the Naval Service to pursue her passion: coaching leaders through their own transformations while igniting their abilities to engage and empower their teams. She is the founder and Chief Executive of worldAWAKE Incorporated, a company dedicated to helping leaders achieve an authentic and masterful leadership presence.

Jennifer is a Certified Self-Management Coach, she is qualified to administer and apply the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality profile, the Conflict Dynamics Profile, the Center for Creative Leadership’s assessment suite, and she is a graduate of the prestigious Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program.

Tony L. Stillings, Chief Operating Officer

Tony is the Chief Operating Officer for worldAWAKE with more than 15 years of leadership experience in Fortune 100, military, and academic settings during major reorganization and transformation. His focus is on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and transforming learning and leadership theory into business results.  He is proficient in competency-based performance management systems, succession planning, and people development in a “100 Best” organization.

Tony’s Background

Tony is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served for nearly 10 years as a Naval Flight Officer with multiple combat tours in the Middle East theatre of operations flying the EA-6B Prowler aircraft, planning theatre-level operations as a Master Air Attack Planner, and as a military faculty member of the Officer Development Division at the U.S. Naval Academy.  

After transitioning from the Naval Service, Tony joined Starbucks Corporation where he first served as the Training and Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region and then as the Northeast Atlantic Division Lead for Global Learning.  As the Division Lead, he set the direction and drove the strategy of the learning function for all development initiatives from store-level training to advanced leadership development of senior leaders. He led and developed a team of learning professionals across a 14-state region with major markets in the Mid-Atlantic, New York, and the Northeast, consisting of 1300+ retail locations, 50+ training centers, 400+ facilitators, and 25,000+ employees.

Prior to joining worldAWAKE, Tony served as an associate on Booz Allen Hamilton’s Organization and Strategy Team where he identified, developed, and executed solutions to meet complex organizational challenges in the federal government.  He led project teams and leveraged extensive internal and external capabilities and resources to deliver results for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Defense Senior Executive Service (SES) Orientation Program.
